BLOCKCHAIN-SPECIFIC DATA DISCLOSURE (IMMUTABILITY CLAUSE)
6.1 Public Nature of Blockchain Transactions
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that transactions involving cryptocurrencies, digital assets, or blockchain-based instruments are recorded on decentralized and distributed ledger systems that operate independently of WELLAT MARKETS INC. Such blockchain networks are typically public in nature, meaning that transaction data, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, and related metadata, may be visible to third parties and accessible through blockchain explorers or similar tools.
WELLAT MARKETS INC does not control the underlying blockchain networks on which transactions are recorded and does not determine who may access or view blockchain data. Users understand and accept that blockchain transparency is an inherent characteristic of the technology and is not the result of any disclosure by WELLAT MARKETS INC.
6.2 Irreversibility and Immutability of On-Chain Data
Blockchain transactions are designed to be irreversible and immutable once confirmed on the relevant network. As a result, transactions cannot be modified, reversed, cancelled, or deleted by WELLAT MARKETS INC, the user, or any third party.
Users acknowledge that once a transaction is broadcast to a blockchain network and confirmed, it becomes a permanent record on that network. WELLAT MARKETS INC bears no responsibility and assumes no liability for losses, errors, or consequences arising from incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect transaction details, network congestion, user error, or any other circumstances resulting in irreversible blockchain transactions.
6.3 Limitations on Deletion or Modifications of Blockchain Records
While WELLAT MARKETS INC may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to certain off-chain personal data in accordance with applicable law, users acknowledge that on-chain blockchain data cannot be altered, erased, or rectified due to the technical design of distributed ledger systems.
Accordingly, rights relating to data deletion, rectification, or erasure do not apply to blockchain records that are maintained independently on public or decentralized networks. Users expressly waive any claim against WELLAT MARKETS INC arising from the inability to modify or delete such blockchain data.
6.4 User Acknowledgement of Blockchain Risks
By using the platform, users expressly acknowledge and accept all risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to transparency, immutability, irreversibility, network delays, protocol changes, forks, and vulnerabilities inherent in decentralized systems.
Users further acknowledge that WELLAT MARKETS INC does not guarantee the security, functionality, or continued operation of any blockchain network and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse consequence resulting from blockchain-related risks beyond its reasonable control.

ACCURACY OF DATA AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Obligation to Provide Accurate and Complete Information
Users represent, warrant, and undertake that all personal data, identification information, declarations, documents, and any other information provided to WELLAT MARKETS INC, whether during account registration, verification processes, platform usage, or ongoing engagement, are true, accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

WELLAT MARKETS INC shall not be liable for any loss, delay, restriction, suspension, or termination of services arising from a user’s failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
7.3 Consequences of Inaccurate, False, or Misleading Information
Where WELLAT MARKETS INC determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any information provided by a user is false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent, it reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to:

b. Suspending account access
c. Restricting transactions or withdrawals
